While we aim to review and coach 2-3 phone calls a day per team member, we guarantee that we will either listen to a recorded call and provide detailed feedback or join a live call with your team member every day.
We will track and evaluate each team member's close ratio and regularly assess their return on investment (ROI).
Your team will directly access us throughout the day via their dedicated Slack channel. While we may be on calls with other clients, we’ll ensure your team gets quick answers to any questions or concerns as soon as possible. This minimizes disruptions throughout the day, allowing your team to stay focused while still getting the support they need.
Each team member will receive a comprehensive weekly assessment highlighting their strengths, improvement areas, close ratios, and more.
